How both sides connect

One request, seen from two sides. The business always confirms availability, and payment happens between the customer and the business.

KataJau keeps a history of the plans you've been on. At businesses that run a rewards programme, you earn points after a completed experience and can use them on a future request with them.

Rewards are optional. Each business decides whether to offer them.
Points are earned after the experience is completed.
You use them on a future request at that business.

Does sending a request cost anything?

No. Sending a request is free.

Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?

Not yet. A request isn't an instant booking. The business checks availability and confirms, or replies with a question.

How do I pay?

You pay the business directly. KataJau doesn't take payment.

When do rewards apply?

Only at businesses that run a rewards programme. You earn points after a completed experience and can use them on a future request.
